I ordered these shoes because it was time for a new pair. He isn’t walking yet so I was looking for something that kept his socks on, had a soft bottom with non-slip grips and under $5. Well, I found them. (There is another pair WITH laces for the same price by the same brand that I ordered with these and loved them. Worth looking at!!)I recivced these shoes with in 4 days and the packaging was okay-ish but they came out just fine. I got them in blue and was kind of worried they may be too girly. Thank goodness they’re not but would work for either. My son is 9 months and almost size 4 according to the amazon charts. So basied on other reviews about the sizes running small, I ordered size 12-18(large). They fit with some room to grow for his skinny feet but if his feet were wide they would fit more snug with still some room. I can see these getting lost so In the mean time i might need to put laces in it to insure we won’t lose them.I agree with one review, they do make a tiny squeek on hard floors but hardly anything to make any fuss over. (at least you’ll know where they are)Overall, these are a great buy and we are very happy with them.

They are good for beginner walkers, but won’t withstand a toddler that’s been mobile for 2 months and is running around outside on harder surfaces, and dragging feet on riding toys.I have ordered 3 pairs of these shoes for my 12 month old (he’s big for his age, almost 100% for height, but I’ve never measure his feet…).Appearance: The colors and price are great (fun to wear for the NBA play offs). They are incredibly light weight, and flexible – I like the ‘soft sole’ for early walkers so that they can stretch their toes and really feel the ground (I figured that the additional sensory with the ground may result in surer footing….who knows)Function: The ‘high top’ design with the Velcro strap makes it difficult for my son to pull or kick off the shoe, great! And the little loop on the heal makes a good ‘shoe horn’ helping in getting the shoe on (but don’t pull too hard, we broke the first one quickly, but learned from that)Durability: The big negative! The shoes get ‘striped’ with every drag of the foot on a rough surface. A 10minute ‘ride’ in a push car, where my son is dragging his feet (he still hasn’t figured out how to push the car with his feet), damaged the shoes so badly that I had to toss them. Now that my son is 14 months, we’ve had to switch to a more durable pair – it’s hard to find light weigh shoes that aren’t $30 Nikes!

I bought these shoes for my great granddaughter who was turning 1 years old. Her mother said she had a fat foot and had a hard time finding shoes that fit that were not too tight.I saw these and from the looks of them it would seem that a baby with a fat foot (thick foot) would be able to wear these–and I was right. She got lots of presents at her birthday party and was interested only in any toys she got. She was not too interested in clothes until she saw these shoes. Then her eyes lite up and she did not want to let go of the shoes to open the rest of her gifts. I spoke with her mother the other day, they live 100 miles from me, and she said that the baby wore them for about a month then she outgrew them. So when you buy shoes for a baby you don’t want to put a lot of money into a pair because their foot grows so fast that they outgrow them long before they wear out the shoes. This was a very good price for shoes that were outgrown in a month’s time. Plus, my granddaughter loved them!

Our grandson is turning one this month! While he is walking around we really wanted something to keep his feet warm, something that he couldn’t pull off as easily as his socks… And as fast as they grow we didn’t want to spend adult prices. These are great for that. We got the 12-18 months which leaves some room for him to grow into. How much we won’t know, it will depend on how fast he grows. Because he is at the age of moving around a lot especially when you are trying to dress him, velcro or something other than lace up would be a lot easier at this age.Ours shipped from Bigflysports. The package was open and there were scuff marks on the shows. While returns can be a pain at least take the time to make them look like new.The shoes themselves are great especially for only 8 bucks.

I absolutely adore baby chucks but just couldn’t justify spending so much money on something my daughter couldn’t get much use out of. To my surprise, I ordered these in January and she is still able to wear them. They were large at first but since they have actual laces I was able to tie them tight to her foot. Now they still fit and they match with most outfits. She is getting more use than I thought but I’m still glad that I spend less money than name brand. The fabric is quality and thick. I would not worry about any wear or tear especially considering they are for a baby. My one complaint is that the “grips” on the bottom. They are hard plastic bumps. I think the shoe would have been better without these. Once my baby started trying to pull up to stand these started to work against her.i would recommend these to any one looking for cheaper footwear for a baby. They are a good solution and chances are they’d still be in good shape for another kid or to give away.

These are the cutest shoes! I love the print and the quality is well made. However no where is it advertised that these shoes have laces. My child will not stop tugging at the laces! So annoying. The picture looks like the elastic pieces and those would have been great!

My son outgrew these, but loved them!

Bought these because it seems from the photo that you don’t have to deal with laces. WRONG. The laces are tucked down in the shoe. If you don’t mind tying crib shoes, these are nice, but my 9 month old won’t leave the laces alone.
