The size of these footies fall in between Carterโs Preemie size and Carterโs Newborn size – and it has worked perfectly for my baby who was born at 37 weeks (not preemie). Sheโs 18inches and 5 lbs 6 oz. The newborn clothes she got from our baby shower were all from Carterโs and they are still pretty baggy on her, and the Carterโs Preemie fits just exactly on her (she will outgrow pretty fast). Happy I found these, having the in between size would work perfectly til she grows into all of her Newborn clothes!

I bought these while sitting I the NiCU with my preemie because I had 0 clothes for her and premature clothes are hard to find at places like Walmart and target, even Ross. These came and even though they were super adorable, they were way too small. I ended up giving them to my sister for her American Girl doll, which they fit perfectly.

Really struggled to find clothes that fit my premie at just over 5 pounds. These were perfect! Not only do they fit her well but the little fold over mittens make it even better. I ended up buying multiple designs!

My little one was born 3 weeks early and none of the clothes I had would fit her little frame. I ordered the preemie size. These were perfect for her. While I generally prefer zippers on sleepers, Iโm glad these had snaps. I was hoping they would have the built in mittens to avoid LO from scratching herself. However, she didnโt end up needing it. If thatโs something you definitely want then these do not have that.

When my friends baby was born preemie she had nothing that fit baby girl I ordered her these and they was delivered to her house before they even left the hospital so baby girl had fresh clothes at home and they fit her well it’s really hard to find preemie clothes in my town so Amazon was definitely my answer and these outfits did not disappoint
