Based on customer feedback, we would like to share size recommendations for you. Our preemie gowns are suitable for preemies and newborns from 6 to 9 pounds. Our 0-6 month gowns run a bit larger so they can last you up until your baby turns 6 months old. Our gowns are made of 100% cotton, so some shrinking should be expected.

The 0-6 months is very large so it’ll grow with your baby, my baby was a premie so he was a little small but I wasn’t expecting it to be so big, I didn’t get the premie size cause I thought it would have been too small but if you have a premie definitely get the premie size. A great buy though!! My baby does well with sleeping in it!

My newborn wears these all the time. Love the cover his hands. They are easy to get in and out of and easy to change him. This, socks and a swaddle is what he is in most of the time. I got 2 sets and so glad I did.

The shoulders are much too wide for a preemie. My baby is 8 lbs now and it’s barely fitting.It’s also too wide on the bottom, and legs come out much too easily.Would be fine for a bigger baby. Still, it’s not very soft fabric.Though not a fault of this product, I found that gowns weren’t for us. not convenient to put on, and bunches up easily.
